The Consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the placing of the Order, except for the products mentioned in article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Consumer sends a declaration to the address: purellacouture@gmail.com.
The Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused within 7 days from the notification of withdrawal to the Company by the Consumer.

The direct costs of return remain the responsibility of the Consumer.
Please note that purellacouture.com does not offer refunds , only exchanges. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product is damaged or defective due to our fault, we will exchange the product and if the original product is not available, we will refund you using the payment method used when you ordered.
